Warli Attempt

First ever attempt at warli painting, with un-warli like colours and strokes :P

I messed the sun totally. It kind of got smudged since the Red was still a little wet..And I love the flower that the boy is giving to the girl. I also like my hut...How cute to live in this happy setup no?

Tell me you liked it please :-)

Well!!! Nice try... Keep the spirit on.. and you will get better. But I Still have my own doubts about the saying "Practice makes man perfect"
My Question is What about Women??? LoL ...:D

Really good for a first attempt. At least better than what my first one looked like.. But two suggestions..

For Warli art, try keeping the BG black.
And, Use a thinner brush.

its a very good attempt! but i feel it would have been much better if you would have kept the background traditional. Traditionally warli is done with earthen background ie either on mud walls or cow-dung texture so as a suggestion it is recommended that you use hues of brown or olive green as your background colors.
